Thanks to cottage cheese and protein pasta, it delivers a serious protein boost for those looking to hit their macros!
This recipe uses a few simple ingredients and comes together quickly. Perfect for busy weeknight dinners, or meal prep!

Ingredients
- 16 oz box of protein pasta, cooked
- 1 cup full fat cottage cheese
- 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded ( about 115g)
- 1/3 cup milk
- 1 tablespoon dijon mustard (about 15g)
- salt, pepper, garlic powder & paprika to taste
Cooking instructions
- Cook your pasta according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
- Blend cottage cheese and milk until smooth and creamy.
- Pour the blended mixture into a saucepan over medium heat. Add shredded cheese and stir until cheese is melted and you have a smooth sauce. Add salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika to taste and stir until well combined.
- Combine the cooked pasta and sauce. Stir until pasta is well coated with sauce.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
Notes
- I like to use good culture cottage cheese and a higher protein milk like fairlife.
- Careful not to over salt.
- Try topping it with grilled chicken or buffalo chicken, or adding a side of steamed broccoli.
